Rigani or oregano originates from the Greek word “oros”, which means “mountain” and “gkans” which means shiny. Therefore, oregano means shiny mountain. It is a main ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, giving a special taste and aroma to ever recipe you use and you will find it in many dishes of Tinian cuisine.
“Rigani” is one of the most traditional architectural residences of our complex. Its architecture is influenced by Dovecotes, a trademark of Tinos Island. It is a modest accommodation that features simplicity of space. It features a bathroom, a living room with built-in sofas and fully equipped kitchen. Lying on the bed in the bedroom, the view you see through the window makes you feel that you are in Dovecotes. Inside the residence, there is a wooden loft which can provide to its guests moments of relaxation. It has a fairly large terrace few meters away from Agios Romanos beach.
